Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including in violation of applicable intellectual property laws.

You understand that content you submit, excluding payment information, may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and adapted to technical requirements. All credit and debit card information is encrypted during transmission. OMID BY HADAR does not store card details unless expressly authorised.

DISCLAIMER

OMID BY HADAR does not guarantee that all items displayed on the website are in stock at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you by email or phone. 

We do not warrant that the website will be free from errors, inaccuracies or typographical mistakes. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update content at any time without prior notice.

In the event that you were charged an incorrect amount on our webshop, you will have the option to place a new order at the correct price, receive a refund for the difference, or cancel your order.

CREATIVE IMAGERY

OMID BY HADAR may use digital and AI-assisted tools as part of its creative process, including for styling, visual composition and presentation. These tools may be used to enhance mood, atmosphere or styling context. 

All product images on individual product pages represent the actual garments available for purchase. Any digital enhancements are used for visual presentation only and do not alter the fundamental design or construction of the product. Where an image has been digitally altered, this will be clearly indicated on the image itself.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, styling, branding and creative assets, is the property of OMID BY HADAR and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content without prior written consent.

SHIPPING & RISK

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance processes or events beyond our reasonable control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OMID BY HADAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
