Shipping & Delivery

You can track your OMID shipping via Fedex or using the tracking/parcel number in your confirmation email.  Our couriers cannot offer alternative options such as shipping to a safe place for your package. Please see our couriers’ websites for more information.

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, The United States and Israel, with the help of our couriers. Orders for the UK and USA are shipped with Fedex and for Israel we use HFD Delivery. All orders will be sent directly from our Global warehouse.

UK:

• Standard shipping: £25
• 5 days in transit upon dispatch

USA:

• Standard shipping: $35
• 5 days in transit upon dispatch

ISRAEL:

• Standard shipping: 40 NIS
• 2-3 days in transit upon dispatch

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes for the UK and USA  will be added at checkout.

RETURNS

If you refuse or otherwise fail to take shipping of your order, it will be returned to us. You will not be able to track this default return, but a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or shipping. To return an order you have already accepted, please visit our returns page.
