Prices are charged in ILS at checkout for secure processing. Your bank will automatically convert the total to your local currency.
We currently ship to Israel, United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.
Orders placed before 12pm IST are dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
Orders within Israel are shipped with HFD Delivery. Orders to United States, United Kingdom and Europe are shipped with FedEx.
Our couriers are unable to offer alternative delivery options, including leaving parcels in a designated safe place. Please refer to the courier’s website for further information.

RETURNS
If you refuse or otherwise fail to take shipping of your order, it will be returned to us. You will not be able to track this default return, but a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or shipping. To return an order you have already accepted, please visit our returns page.
