RETURNS

You have 21 days from receiving your item to request a return. 

All returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please email customerlove@omidbyhadar.com - if your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Returns must be sent to our address in Israel, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For any questions please contact us via customerlove@omidbyhadar.com

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your return is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.  

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. 

If 15 business days have passed since approved and you have not received your refund, please contact customerlove@omidbyhadar.com
